How to add your company's theme
We are always happy to help the Children's Ministry by supplying our customers with all of the resources we can. While our future depends on us selling merchandise we are also here to help Church Leaders find the tools and curriculum they need to run a smooth VBS program. We are constantly being asked about specific themes and curriculum, where to find information about certain themes and so on. We must be careful supplying links, details and copyright material concerning VBS Publisher's themes due to copyright laws. If we have proper permission we are happy to display links and details about your company and theme. Use the following information to make a request to have your company's link on our site.

Grant us permission and we may display links & details about your theme
Submit a letter using a letterhead from your company, include your name and contact information and we may display details to our customers about your VBS Theme. We may use this on our Website and/or our catalog. Please note that we may use your company name, logos and other material to display details about your company which may be copyright protected. We also accept special request from publishers that wish to sponsor any of our web pages. We make no guarantees about when, or if we choose to add your information. Please submit a FAX or hard copy through the postal mail on your company's letterhead granting us permission to reference you company name and linking to your site. We will remove your information at anytime. Make sure all of of the following are completed:

  1. Request must be made on a company letterhead.
  2. Include Year(s) (e.g. 2008 or 2008 and future years.)
  3. Include specific material we can use (company name, logos, ect. . .). The more visual material we use the better the presentation to clients.
  4. Your name, position & phone numbers also an e-mail is great
  5. FAX or use postal mail to submit your request

Removing your Information Later
If you would like to discontinue using our site to display details about your company send a request on a company letterhead along with your contact information by Fax or Postal mail.

Inadvertently using copyright material
If we have inadvertently used your copyright material we will remove it. FAX a request to 803.732.2028 along with the Copyright words/phrase and the copyright registration numbers. Please include our web pages containing the material. Upon receipt we will remove the material within a reasonable time frame.
